Returns

OVERVIEW

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.  We can provide a store credit or exchange for another product where the products being returned meet the following conditions:

  • You contact us to organise a return within 7 days from the receipt of delivery of your order;
  • The product presents ‘as new’ in appearance and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that are not in a sellable condition;
  • The product is packaged in its original, undamaged packaging with all product stickers, tickets and tags;
  • You are responsible for any freight charges to return a product to us;
  • The product being returned includes a copy of the order invoice/proof of purchase.

All returns must be authorised by LOLA Interiors before sending any product back to us. Please contact one of our helpful Team Members by sending an email to info@lolainteriors.com.au directly.  We will provide returns instructions to start the return process.

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival, is missing parts or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
